1. Start with a group you manage

GroupSprout is a Chrome extension for Facebook group owners and administrators. During the private beta, invited testers install the supplied extension and connect their beta account. Open your group’s member request page to begin.

2. Capture answers before approval

Membership questions contain useful context. GroupSprout saves the original questions and answers before approving members through its workflow. Review a small selection first so you can check that the records match the requests.

Capture depends on the information visible on Facebook’s request page. Changes to that page can affect the extension, which is why review is part of the workflow.

3. Keep your groups organized

Saved records stay organized by group. Review the information you captured and decide what to export or deliver. You remain responsible for having permission to use member information and respecting each member’s contact preferences.

4. Choose CSV or Google Sheets

Export a CSV when you want a portable copy. Invited beta testers can also connect Google Sheets, choose a spreadsheet and tab, and send selected approved records. Verify a small delivery before moving to larger batches.

Google Sheets delivery is being verified in the private beta. GoHighLevel support is planned; it is not part of the current guided beta.

Keep approval under your control

Automatic approval is optional and off by default. Start manually, review the results, and keep Chrome and the member request page open when using scheduled approval. Pause the workflow whenever you need to review a change.
